I started using this sandpaper about a year ago shortly after getting into knife making. it works better than any sandpaper ive used, and last a lot longer. I doubt its 15 times longer but it does last a very long time! it also doesn't clog up very easily. I use it on steel, wood and even my resin handles. works on everything

I found this product a month ago and thought I'd give it a try. I'm blown away by how easy it removes material. Particularly sanding surfaces that would normally clog up traditional paper. Judging by other comments here, it may not be the best choice for sanding machines, but for hand sanding it is amazing and I'll be back for more.

True Grit

I used this mostly for sanding on a lathe in those situations where I can't power sand. it lasts longer and is more effective than anything else I have tried. The only downside is that it only comes in four grits. I would like 60, 120, and at least 420 if not 500, 600, and 800.

best sheets of sandpaper ever

I recently purchased the Sandblaster sheets in 220 grit and was I surprised! I've been sanding wood for about 50 years (no, not nonstop) and this is my first time using this type of sheet. It lasts and lasts, doesn't clog, and gets in those pesky small places. Well done 3M!

I'm Impressed

We received a sheet of this as a sample with another product and it's still in use 2 weeks later!  It's easy to use with a tacky feel to the backing that makes easy to grip when sanding.  It also doesn't crease when folded so it doesn't wear out as fast as paper or fiber backed sandpaper.

Remarkably versatile

About a year ago I bought two "four sheet" packs of Sandblaster. One is 150 grit, the other is 320 grit. I pulled one sheet out of each pack and started to use them. I make coin rings - I do a LOT of sanding...I used these almost every day. Today I took the second sheet out of the 150 grit pack. I will still use the one I've used for a year - it is very gentle to surfaces. The first sheet of 320 is still going strong. Neither one has any holes or tears.

Fantastic Sandpaper

I bought the 100 grit & 150 grit on a roll for WoodTurning. This product holds up really well as opposed to the custom papers I buy for the same use. I use a larger piece wrapped around a dry kitchen sponge and hold against the inside/outside of a bowl or other piece whilst spinning at low speed on the lathe. It uniformly tkes of surface material and does not clog. Whack the paper or hit with an air hose to clean. I have no negatives about this product, it's just not easy to find and the  finest they do is 320. I'd buy it all the way to 600 if they made it.

Perfect for WoodTurning

The 60 grit yellow sand blaster sandpaper does not cut as well nor last as long as the previous green 60 grit sand paper.    Would like to see the green 60 grit sand paper available again. Also would like to see the purple sand paper  available again

I bought a roll of this yesterday to use in a palm sander. while the width is great for my sander the paper is just too thin. even after modifying the sander to make it clamp on the paper harder it just wont hold. back to the good stuff I guess. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Used this product once on a felt pad orbital sander.  The glue from the paper melts to the felt pad and ruins the pad when its removed.   Would work good if they sold paper without the glue.
