They keep the sun and flying debris out of my eyes. I used them for about 6 hours that day and they were very comfortable the entire time. I will be getting another pair for the wife

3m Polarized Safety Eyewear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for use while mowing the lawn and trimming.  I had a rock fly back and would have hit me right in the eye had I not had these on.  Polarized lenses work very well for outside without making everything dark.

Safe and Stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a pair of these safety shades from 3M to try out at no cost. Here is my synopsis:  the quality of the frames are comparable to shades double the cost. the added features of polarized lenses, and construction grade impact resistance, up the ante to a much higher cost pair of shades. these are quality.

So you don't have to choose between wearing sunglasses or safety glasses if you are working outside like mowing the lawn. Much safer to wear these versus sunglasses and hope they work as well as safety glasses should work.

Great glasses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M sent me a FREE pair of 3M Polarized Safety eye wear. Feel light in weight while wearing them. Made well and very durable.  Depends on what kind of activity your doing. They are loose fitted may fall off when bending over. Really love using them as 3M sun glasses.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received these from 3M to test.  These are well-made sunglasses that I have not been able to fog or scratch just by regular cleaning (as stated, "scratch resistant", not scratch proof).  For me personally, these do not fit my head very well, but are very lightweight.  My head is a little narrower than average, so these feel a little bulky on my face and don't squeeze very tightly; I definitely couldn't wear these on the motorcycle, but on the boat, in the truck or around the yard, they work very well.  I bent the frames around in an attempt to see if they would break, but they didn't; the lenses did pop out, which I figured would happen anyway.  I wish they were a little narrower or adjustable to be narrower personally, but overall, another good product from 3M!

Lightweight and Durable

I needed some sunglasses to use with my plasma cutter when cutting some steel and remembered I had these to review. They are the Perfect tint to use this way and comfortable to wear. almost forgot I had them on, been bouncing around in my truck for awhile and the lenses werent even scratched after a year or so. Impressed so far. 3m Just makes good products and these are no different.   I got this product free to review. I am still happy with the product.

Great for use with the plasma cutter

3M Social Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They do block out bright light and the sun light but they kinda distort your view when there's bright light. This is not good when working with power tools close to your hands.

Great idea, needs work.
