I think the most people don't know how to properly use the product, just clean the area with water and soap, with a microfiber towel apply a drop o the product and RUBB RUBB RUBB (a bunch), when the compound starts to dry you can see how is filling the scratch and restoring the actual color on the paint. You just need patience and rubb the product a bunch.

I used this product several times, and it works great!

Great product!

Less than two weeks after my wife bought a new car, an animal of some sort spent some time playing on it. She had scratches all over the hood and the trunk. Very noticeable, but didn't seem too deep. I washed the car and then followed the directions in the 3M video for applying by hand. Some of the scratches required quite a bit of elbow grease and multiple applications of the product, others quite a bit less. Very impressed with the product overall. Aside from the effort required to apply it, it was a very simple process.

Worked great on animal scratches

I have a successful car detailing business and have used this product for years and this is a unbelievable product, I have removed countless seriously bad scratches to the amazement of my customers . Never damages the paint.

Pretty disappointed in the results I achieved using this product. I'm usually happy with the 3m brand of products, but this struggled to remove even the most minor swirls and imperfections.  I would definitely look elsewhere for a scratch remover, since this performed poorly.

Not up to 3m standards

Did not work at all even on the lightest scratches.

Terrible product

Tried this after being recommended from my local parts store.
Tried on the lightest of scratches.  Did absolutely nothing.  Waste of money.
