I purchased these speakers to test out my newly repaired stereo receiver, cd player, and tape deck. The speakers worked fine. I wasn't looking to spend too much money just incase the stereo repair was unsuccessful. I will use them until I set up my wireless system. They work fine and they sound better than expected for the price I paid.

For their very small size and "indoor/outdoor" characteristics, they were able to handle their power rating, and actually sound good, and not distort.  Of course, you aren't going to get a lot of base response, but I used them to simply compliment a system that sports BIC AMERICA 1530s!

The sound is great for outdoors considering the price.  The mounting brackets are useless so I made my own
