This dresser is easy to assemble and if done properly it will last for years. Having a lot of experience building just about anything helps, but if you buy a little wood glue and buy some nicer drawer pulls, which I did while at Wal Mart picking up the dresser, it only takes about 45 minutes to assemble. and the asembly will last. The directions are simple and the instructional drawings are very clear as to what to do.

If you looking for a white dresser but don't want to spend too much money on it, this dresser is your choice. It look quite nice. I bought 2 of them. The inside might look cheap, but the outside looks great. See the picture. The drawer might not hold heavy things,but will do the work if you just put some clothes, it does have enough room for you to put stuff that is not over heavy. One point that I dislike is the installation. The first drawer I spend 8 hours to finish up by myself(I am a girl XD .. Need this much time..) the second one I just spend 3 hours to finish up. If you do make decision to buy this dresser, make sure you follow the instruction when you install, because one step wrong might make it very confuse to install. A good value buy!

First one I got had sustained damage in transit, so we took it back to walmart for a full no quibble refund, and ordered another on line. This one was fine once we picked it up, it is heavy, so does need a "2 man lift", failing that, open the box by the car and lift some of the components into the car individually, this made getting the item into and out off the car so much easier as I was on my own. OK onto the product.........It is a basic flat pack furniture, all the pieces, screws, tacks etc were there and I followed the instructions and it took me about an hour to assemble it. It is not top of the range but the drawers slide in and out OK and it is quite sturdy, again heavy to move on the floor (a two man lift), but it didn't buckle when I moved it.........As this is occassion furniture in a spare bedroom I think it will surfice and do its job......Top tip, when putting the backing hardboard on the back make sure the cabinet is square, by measuring from opposite corners and adjust as necassary. When measurements are the same the cabinet is "square".

For flatpack furniture, not bad.............

This was absolutely perfect for my walk-in closet. This was for my knit tops, knit pants, and workout gear. Spacious drawers. For the price this met my expectations on function, quality, and its intended purpose. The drawers are a little hard to pull out every once in awhile but nothing to worry about.

Walk-in Closet

Took over an hour to set up with the help of three people. The one draw did not go in all the way, but somehow we got it to work, but I have to be careful with it. Fits my stuff in nicely, but I rather pay a little more for one that did not have as many problems and took up time like this one.

Good size for a college apartment bedroom

The dresser arrived very fast! The setup went fast and all the holes are pre-drilled. It also looks nice. That said....the drawers are awful. They don't 'slide' out, you have to physically pull them & they are terrible. I would've paid more for something that has better drawers - the slides that they sit on are all plastic, not metal.

Hate the drawers....

Deep scratch across entire top of dresser. Drawers are chipped, scratched base piece. Drawers extremely difficult to adjust, only one actually closes properly. How do we get a refund?

Disappointing

I have bought many things online from walmart and loved them, this however was the worst experience ever. It took my husband and father 2 hours to put this junk together and after all was said and done none of the holes on the drawers were lined up right so they were all crooked and would not go in and out. The only positive was that I took the assembled mess to my local walmart and they refunded my money with no questions asked.

Stay Away!!

I would have to say this is the worst purchase I've done this year, and yes I do a lot of shopping!
The box seemed to have weighed a ton so it's definitely not a one person job. So putting it together was a nightmare. There were so many pieces. After about 2 hours of putting it together. I was happy that it actually looked good! I put the drawers in with no issue but when my daughter put her clothes in it, it actually would not stay on the track and became wonky! I stopped her from putting stuff into the last drawer because it was just horrible. After putting it all together and wasting 2 hrs of my afternoon, I took it all apart in 20 mins and back in the box to return it went! The easiest part of this whole experience was the very quick and easy return at my local Walmart.
DON'T BUY THIS, WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

Not Worth the time or money!

We wanted an inexpensive drawer for keeping baby stuff , and this looked good online and so we purchased it from Walmart. The wooden slabs have to be assembled to make the drawer, and husband and I spent a whole evening doing this. Most of the slabs have holes in the wrong places, and therefore when u assemble the whole piece, it misses perfection by about 50%. the draws wouldn't slide in, the cardboard that's on the floor of each draw cannot handle weight. Not at all recommended. It looks good on the picture on the net. Period.
