Love it. It's light and it works. Doesn't stay charged for all my yards, but long enough to get that section done. I don't mind. I just plug the battery back in and do the other another day. I love that's it's battery powered. I don't need a high powered gas mower with all its complications. I highly recommend this mower. Only drawback is keeping battery charge door open while installing or removing the battery. It's the one design flaw. I fixed it tho for my purposes.

It's well designed and sturdy. It cuts much better than expected.  I would recommend this little beast to everyone.  And there is no fuel odors in the garage.  Easy to store and doesn't require oil changes and no carburetor to clean or filters to get clogged.  It's a quality product and reasonably priced.  All expectations were exceeded!

Perfect for Small Yards

I just used this for the first time yesterday and it's great so far! The assembly was very quick and easy. The battery charged right up and popped into the mower easily too. I was able to mow on my 30 minute lunch break, and then charged the battery again so I could mow more after work. I have a very large yard with super tall weeds at the moment. I pre-trimmed them down with garden shears and then mowed over everything. It was a little bumpy, but on the grass part of my lawn that wasn't overgrown with weeds, it was very quick and an even cut. At this time after this 1 day of use, I would recommend this mower.

It's worked well so far!

This Greenworks battery powered mower works well, it's lighter than my gas powered mower so it's easier to load in and out of the car. Not having to worry about hauling gas in my car is a plus. It cuts just as well as the gas mower. The battery does run out of power  before I finish mowing my grass but that makes me take a break. Over all I'm very satisfied with it.

Cut right out of the box

I have only used it once but it was fairly simple to assemble and started up nicely. I don't think this mower is for thick large areas but thankfully I only have a small yard and this 62 year old gal can get her done easily with this mower

Works well for small yards- no frills, no fuss

it's made more for a flat city yard more so than out in the country where i live but overall it's ok for the price

In the summertime (even mowing 1st thing in the morning or late in the evening), the battery overheats within 30 minutes, and I have to stop to let it cool down (I recharge it, too, just in case). I'm at least able to get through our small front yard and about half of our small backyard before this happens. It cuts St. Augustine grass well, but often leaves a few taller bits of crab grass behind (a 2nd round usually does the trick).

Gets the Job Done, With Reservations

Would have given a five star rating for the short time I've used this. But the battery won't stay in place. Very annoying even for the small area it's used in it will pop out several times. Otherwise it would be a great item.
