[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the highest quality but for the price it is quite good

I ordered the beige color but I was disappointed. The color is GRAY on a CREAM background and the gray has a blue tone. Once I saw the color I didn't unroll it any further. It was not the color I was expecting and I returned it to the store. Fortunately, the store return was easy.

Color was disappointing

Wish I could give this minus 5 stars.
This is thin, poor quality. It was rolled so tight it creased and crunched it up, including the ends and side seams, to the point of never laying flat again. It was pretty but felt and looked like walking on creased up cardboard. Slid like an ice cube on ceramic tile before laying down a waffle rug pad, still moved around on pad b/c it never would lay flat, a complete mess. The pile is so sparse and thin that some of the folds left a permanent ‘part' that showed the backing. I've returned it and I probably won't buy a rug online again. I cannot imagine where all the 5 stars came from on this thing.

Horrible

Safavieh used to be a great quality product. I have numerous rugs from Safavieh in my house and they are top quality. This runner I purchased was just horrible. Very, very thin, hard as a brick, would not stay flat, background  is a safety hazard, overall just bad. The only good thing was the design which was very pretty.
