Been a while since we've purchased a new tv. Was pleasantly surprised with how far the smart tv functions have come. Don't really need a Chromecast or similar product with the features on this set. Being able to choose different sources directly with the remote is nice. 
We didn't want a large television as the space dictated something smaller than the giant tv's available. Many of them feel like after thoughts from other companies as they focus on the jug sets. Samsung had this one with a very nice picture and we are impressed.

The screen picture is bright, vivid, and brings the scenes and people crisp and alive.    Compared to old T.V. there is so much more to see with the Big Screen.   You can discern the hockey picks and baseballs so much clearer during sporting events.   And the sound card through the television ads even more excitement spreading  tones throughout the room.   It makes movies appear as if you're in a theatre surrounding.

I have good previous experience with Samsung TV. That's why I didn't think of anything else when I needed to buy a new tv after coming in Canada. After about a year of using this TV I never felt of any slip of performance. It's good and reliable like Toyota.

Reliable and trustworthy

After many years I decided it was finally time to upgrade my Samsung TV. I was very impressed with all the new features of my 65” QLED and loved that the software was still so user friendly. Installation to the wall mount was a breeze. My favourite new feature is the ability to stream crystal clear photos and videos directly from my phone or laptop without having to connect any cables. Integrating my Samsung sound bar took seconds. The TV looks so good, I'm definitely a Samsung guy for life, nobody does home living better.

Loving my new Samsung TV!!

I bought this new tv about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I had a Samsung flatscreen TV prior to this one (9 years) and thought it was a good brand. This new tv is amazing. I love the settings that you can customize to suit personal preferences. I was surprised to get Samsung TV programming. A great additional benefit and I've been using and loving it. The picture is great, clarity is customizable and sound is good. The remote is easy to figure out and there are online guides if you have questions. I'm very happy with this new tv!

Great quality and perks of Samsung TV programming!

The image quality is stunning — this is my first OLED after years of Samsung TVs, and I'm genuinely impressed, especially given the price point. Whether it holds up to the long-term reliability I've come to expect from Samsung remains to be seen, but so far it's a great first impression.

The image quality is stunning

My family purchased this product not too long ago. We really wanted something that stood out as far as sharpness, colour, size. It is perfect so many features and works great for gaming. We love Samsung, from our phones to this to washer and dryer and the list goes on. Great products keep up the great work.

I love this tv, it took me 2 years of research before I picked this out, eliminating all other competitors, I still get compliments on the picture quality today and it's been about 56 years since buying. I'd love to have the new oled model but it's out of my price range…ty Samsung..

Samsung qled tv

I really like my New samsung TV.  The picture is amazing.  I do have some things I don't care for.  I don't like that the TV turns on for no reason just because someone enters a room.  Trying to turn it off, I still haven't figured it out.  Also when you turn on the TV.  I don't like where it takes you to some Samsung Station.  We always have to use the samsung remote to get to HDMI 2 so we can be on our SHAW/ ROGERS provider to use their remote to watch our cable tv.

Great TV but more complicated than it needs to be

I bought this tv just after Christmas, and have no complaints about the quality.  The problem with is not the set, but the instructions.  You have to download the app, to learn how to use the controls.  Finding what you need on the app, and even getting the right app is a challenge.  Samsung should stop being CHEAP, and include a proper manual with the set.  When you're paying this much money for a major product, it should include a paper manual.

No Manual, but Great TV

The picture is good and the screen is visible with blinds open or closed. Has some flashing white bars that appear at random and make you feel like you're having a seizure. Our washer and dryer are also Samsung so the tv gives a notification when the cycles finish. Unfortunately, the tv sometimes turns itself off after the notification. It comes pre-installed with Samsung TV which we removed immediately, but it gets re installed whenever the TV updates, so we've given up on that. I like the picture quality, but there are plenty of similar spec options out there that don't have all the annoying quirks (my other tv is a Sony Bravia and it's fantastic). Wouldn't recommend.

Frustrating quirks, but good picture quality.
