OK for my purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the screws for the plastic piece that the shelve turns on were to small & didn't fit very well, even though I made sure that cabinet was squared. I'd recommend making them out of metal, longer sized & longer screws. I had figure out how to use with longer screws & modifications on my own.

Poor design w/plastic hardware for the most crucial parts

Overall this is good quality and nice looking for a laminate/particle board unit.  
However, the only part holding the drop-down door in place is a cheap plastic swivel piece and a very short screw on each side.  One of the plastic swivels broke before I could even put a pair of shoes in the unit.  If this part weren't so cheap, I wouldn't be returning it.  Customer Service states they haven't designed a better replacement part.

Looks great, but just don't USE it
