Everything stains/leaves a mark on this table - common dust, dirt, cooking splatter - everything!  I've never seen anything like it - and I have used a lot of different folding tables over the years.  The top is kind of a gritty, matte surface that attracts and holds everything that touches it.

Build quality is not that great.  I had to immediately glue two brackets to the table upon delivery.  They pulled right off of the table the first time I unfolded the unit.  Gorilla glue seems to have fixed that problem - but some people don't like having to be a handy man with a brand new purchase.  Also the top shows a lot of manufacturing marks and defects.  It is not nearly as well finished as the Lifetime table that I bought to use inside of my camper.

I bought this because of how high it raises up and because it folds in half.  Some complain that it is unstable at that height, but I find it good enough to cook with a camp stove.  Once I had it properly set up, I never feared that it would fall over.

Skip it unless u really need a tall fold in half.

This table's feature set is hard to find (5 ft width, height adjustable) and the price is great. Unfortunately, it's hard to believe this table is "built for commercial use" with a "330 lb load" as it claims. It is perfectly fine for household use, but for business use I would not order this.
