Samsung Canada

I've been using the 55-inch QLED TV from Samsung for a bit now, and honestly? It's one of those TVs that quietly grows on you the more you use it.

First thing you notice is the screen. It's bright. Like, sunlight coming through the window and you can still see everything clearly bright. Also, the screensize is big enough to feel cinematic, not so big that it overwhelms the room. Lastly, The interface is fast, apps open quickly, and switching between things doesn't feel laggy.

Awesome Television!

we bought this a couple of months ago and simply love it. The picture is amazing. Simple to hook up and use colors are fabulous. Just an amazing TV. Love it.!
We're buying another bigger one as well through Samsung.  Can't say enough about how great these  Samsung TVs are!

Fabulous tv!

I found connectivity very confusing, I am not a technical person and would prefer less technical things. The picture is amazing, the sound quality is okay. The remote is way too small I often hit the wrong button. I don't like the way it wants to connect to everything or to use voice controls, but then I am over 70 years old and just want to watch tv.

Nice tv, poor remote, way to much tech.

My QLED 55" Smart TV has a great picture & easy to use the smart features. I added Samsung 3.1.2 sound bar that enhances the enjoyment of thr TV & taking on-line classes. To progress enjoying the TV, my goal is to add the 2 rear speakers. Recommend this TV for the amazing picture & option of adding the Samsung Sound system.

Amazing TV with desirable features

We bought this Tv about a month ago and it has been terrific.  The setup was very easy, connectivity has been great and the picture is wonderful.  I find this remote a bit easier to use than our older ones.  This is actually our fourth Samsung TV and I have never regretted buying one.  The first three are still working well.

Excellent product

TV is very clear and my husband ducks when they hit the puck in the hockey game lol.  My only challenge with it is trying to plug in a Firestick once the TV has been put on the wall mount.  I have paid a subscription to the GIZMO app for the year so want to plug it in but can't.

TV ok. Remote terrible

It does the trick......I can watch tv again.  The sound is good but you have to stand/sit directly in front of it to get good quality picture.  If I'm in the kitchen I cannot see what is on the screen as it's totally washed out.  
Being my first smart tv, and a senior, it's easy enough to fumble through and figure out how to use it.

They aren't made like they use to be.

One of the reasons bought this unit was for the "Multiview" feature, unfortunately through TV design or software, I cannot use this feature. My devices won't interface, I admit I'm not up on all the latest technology, but I do understand to some degree specific services and devices are not compatible. This information is very hard to find, and I missed it during my review of buying the TV.  I'm disappointed that either I need to get another TV, or continue with a feature I cannot use
