I have become an independent woman, so I needed a battery charger. Stanley is a great name and didn't disappoint. The only problem I had was finding an extension cord to fit to charge it.  The charging port is at a weird an angle.

Great battery charger

I wanted a Battery Charger, that can be charged using the proper extension cord; instead of a separate charger, it's similar to the Everstart Maxx 1000 Peak Amp Jump Starter with 120 PSI,  it has a built-in light and air compressor.

Stanley Jump Starter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stanley starter is quite good, but it should have a replaceable battery. My old Stanley starter is in excellent condition but the battery has failed by now. NY State doesn't allow to trash rechargeable batteries, so where should I take this old unit for recycling? Should I take it to a Walmart store? Please reply, JL

I purchased this electronic tool to jump start my motor home cranking batteries (two in series) in  an emergency condition. To my delight, this jump start feature had no problem with cranking my 400 HP diesel engine. I am delighted  with this product and recommend it to motor home owners.

Was starting to leave my brother's home, my SUV only made a "clicking sound." I knew what that meant ... dead battery. He immediately brought out his older model Stanley Jump Starter with Compressor and my car started immediately. He demonstrated all the Jump Starter would do. Wow ... was I amazed. I think I was more excited about the Jump Starter than the fact that I could head to Auto Parts for a new battery. He was going to purchase one for me during the holidays (Christmas Gift), but I wanted the Stanley Jump Starter before then and ordered it online from Wal-Mart. This was my first experience of ordering online with Wal-Mart, but it was easy and the product arrived right on time. Great service.

Sold on this product before I purchased my own!

I received this 2 days ago and already have had to use it to jump start one of my cars. It worked like a champ. Everything seems to function as advertised, although I have actually used the tire pump yet. It's very easy to use. 

I'll definitely be taking this along on trips.

Works Great

Great product, does everything it's advertised to, at a very attractive price. But how do you mess up a Schrader valve head on a pump? Ask Stanley... they know how.

Everything else works, but it was very difficult to attach to my car tire valves for inflation. It's a deep head that goes low on the valve stem, but then it has a tough shoulder that doesn't want to slip over the rubber sleeve around the valve stems, so it's forced to attach shallow. Awkward and annoying.

Great product, but awkward Schrader valve head

Doesn't include a power cord..  of which is doesn't state it does.. i.. AZZ .U..ME..D .. MYbad . so far so good otherwise.. no 110 hookup.. c pressor works as advertised.. waiting for the dead battery test..

The unit does not charge. I had it plugged in for over 24 hours, it never made it to the final charge light/stage. When I needed to use it for an emergency, it did not even give a charge to my cell phone, a simple cell phone during an emergency - the unit just died! 

That was the very first time to use it, only two days after 3/4 of a charge. How disappointing!
I needed it for emergencies, but it did not work.

Do not buy
