The balance exercises were very simple and even more found improvement within a few days. I was happy how easy it was to put together and get going. I highly suggest this as a good way to exercise and balance imnprovemnt. I hope it gets even better. Only been a few weeks so far but what a difference.

I've always had poor balance. As I've aged I got more and more afraid to walk/stand without assistance. Regular use of the 60uP board has reduced my fear and enabled me to remain independent. 
The spport provided by the 60uP Community on FB is outstanding.  The live classes 3X/week address 3 skill levels so we can stay engaged and ask questions directly for our own specific needs.  I've been very happy with my 60uP board.  It has improved my quality of life as well as my balance.

This balance board is beyond amazing! I have balance issues due to MS and this board is exactly what I needed! Even months of physical therapy weren't nearly as effective. I am active like I was before being diagnosed with MS - running 12 mph on a treadmill and taking dance classes! If you have any balance issues, you have to try this! You won't regret it!

Amazing Balance Training System!! A

I think the 60up is one of the most exciting things I have bought in a long time!  It has really helped my balance that has been increasingly getting worse due to a severe head injury I had during my teens.  Recently, After being forced to resign my position as a recreation therapist at a hospital because of my decreasing balance; I was excited to try the 60up I had seen when Bob Ubancks demonstrated it on TV.  Within a couple weeks I started to see and feel benefits from 60up.  My friends and family mentioned they saw increases in my balance too.  But, I was really excited when my neighbors started to tell me that they had noticed that I was walking better.  I would immediately tell them about 60up and how it helped me and the classes I could follow on Facebook that are very helpful!

It truly will increase your balance!!!

I'm a senior and I live alone. My balance has always been an issue. Stumbling and tripping, I used to tense up, which made me fall. I've hurt myself more than once. So especially in winter, just walking can be scary.
Got the 60Up. Wasn't sure at first, until I found the online classes, which are very simple and SUPER important. The emphasis is on coordination and safety. And the people are awesome. 
I am so much more confident when I'm walking my dog, if I step over something, pick things up off the ground – and even how to get up if I DO fall. So helpful.
(I also love that it's not electric or battery operated - it's just me!)

Safety, Confidence and Balance - Really!

Very effective for balance training but very large - needs a lot of space.

No dislikes. I look forward to the live workout s during the week. I was recovering from a broken back and my movements were very stiff and my cardio level suffered from sitting around during recovery. I looked at the board for a few weeks before I started with the basics from the training tape. I felt pain at first around my injury but stayed with it. Now I do the live classes and feel great. No pain no stiffness and at 68 yrs young I feel 45 again. More energy , strength

The 60uP is AMAZING!! I have been using it for a few months, and have seen tremendous results and progress. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve balance to at least give this a try!!

BELIEVER

This is the best money I ever spent  on exercise.  I have balance problems and was getting weak after knee replacement.  I am much stronger and more confident.  My improvement has been slow but it is definitely there.  The developer, Dan, really cares and the free online classes keep me engaged. In past my good intentions have not lasted.  I have been taking his classes almost 3 years, a first for me.  Buy one if you need help.

This product is amazing . For many reasons.
First it is a Great workout and you can follow online on U tube with the products starter as well as well as live Facebook 3 times a week .Like having your own private instructor. I have 2 of them one in New York and one in Florida. I have had 5 back operations and suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy and this has benefited me greatly. Give it try you won't be disappointed.
