Impressed with the color quality and the overall picture handling of the tv at the price point it is in. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone that is interested in a tv in the similar budget and looking to have a great viewing experience.

Its only been a week, enjoying it so far. Would be better if LG included a full LG Magic Remote rather than the cheaper basic type that comes with it. Set up was relatively easy however the voice instructions during some of the initial setup were given in extremely fast mode.

The colour and high definition picture are great!  Also, the ability to change the brightness and turn off the blue lighting are good features to have as they enable you to customize the picture for individual needs.

Picture is great. Sound is great. 
Remote needs improvements. Should come with voice activation. Too many buttons on remote that are really not necessary. The buttons for scrolling are way too small and often end up pushing the wrong button.

Nice TV

I recently purchased the LG UA7500 4K TV, and overall, I'm very impressed. The picture clarity is excellent—sharp, vibrant, and truly enjoyable for movies and sports. The webOS interface runs smoothly, making it easy to navigate apps and streaming platforms without any lag.

However, one drawback is a bit disappointing. For a TV that comes with AI features and voice recognition, LG does not provide a smart remote that supports voice commands. Having to buy it separately feels inconvenient for a feature that should be standard at this level.

That said, the performance and picture quality still make this a great choice if you're looking for a reliable 4K TV.

Great Clarity and Smooth Performance, But Remote D

Not a good picture quality if the movie is not high HD the quality is compromised 
I always had LG tv but I have to rethink  it from now on 
I must say for 2025 smart TV picture quality compromised but lots of useless features that are not needed for a TV

Picture quality is very poor

I've purchased many LG tv's in the past but this one is extremely poor for being a new 2025 tv. I cant return this or I would but didn't keep this box. This was a gift so i had it setup during Christmas eve and didn't keep any packaging. Big mistake. I dont recommended this model at all. Very slow, took over 2 hours to set it up. Colors are very poor. You'll need a smartphone to assist in setup or you simply cant use it.

Not Happy with Purchase

Just opened this family Christmas gift to install and the screen is cracked. Very disappointing to now have to try to return (outside the return window-received Nov 21 ) to the nearest store

Delivered damaged

Horrible LG operating system. Constant barrage of ads without watching anything. Hate this product. I just want a tv that I can plug. Watch my own shows. And that's it.

Not for me

I am not happy with this LG UHD 65-inch TV at all. The remote is very bad — it stops working often, freezes, and doesn't respond properly. Sometimes the TV also glitches and becomes slow. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I would not recommend this model to anyone. Very disappointed.
