I purchased this cold plunge because it was significantly less expensive than a similar product sold through Costco. While I ultimately had to return it, I want to highlight the excellent customer service from both Walmart and the manufacturer (AEbath), which definitely deserves 5 stars.

The unit arrived in great condition and looked fantastic, very well-made and visually appealing. My intention was to keep it outdoors, but I later discovered in the manual that it cannot be used when ambient temperatures drop below -10°C. The instructions recommend draining the tub in colder conditions to prevent freezing and potential damage.

Living in Eastern Ontario, where winters regularly fall below this temperature, this limitation made the product impractical for my needs. This is important information that I believe should be clearly stated in the product description, as it would have influenced my purchase decision.

That said, both Walmart and AEbath were very responsive, and the return process was smooth and hassle-free.

I would consider purchasing this cold plunge again if I lived in a milder climate or planned to store or winterize it during colder months.
