Can be sturdy, but also prone to poor quality.

Can be very bright, but also disappointingly dim for some users.

I had been looking for a lamp to replace my old florescent one for a long time. I have had a couple different ones that were either cheaply made or well made but just didn't put out the right light. I am really pleased that I found and chose this model. It looks good and puts out good light. Plus, it doesn't take time for the light to build like a florescent lamp does.

Easy to put together but Ive put many of these together before. I love the full range dimmer and how bright or low this light can get. Its great that you can use Ebates and get free shipping to home as well.

Great Dimmer Lamp

Had a hard time locating someone who sold these lamps. Should have started with Wal Mart! I needed a lamp with the switch down on the side and this is the only lamp I have found that offers it.
As always Wal Mart comes through again!

Was all I expected it to be!

Ordered based on price and shipping costs. Lamp arrived in a timely manor and in good condition and was not difficult to assemble.

Good torchiere lamp, but wish the bulb came in a higher wattage. It is not as bright as the other torchiere lamps I have. Fairly easy to put together.

The amount of light this lamp puts out and the brightness is what I was looking for. I put a 300 watt bulb in and it works just fine.

The small glass cover they give you to put over the bulb was broke so I didnt put it on. The other 'cover' that comes with it (to prevent you from putting some material directly near the bulb) looked pretty cheap to me so I didn't put that on either. I am happy with the brightness. At night it easily lights up the entire room.

Delivered on time and works as expected

I needed the brightest floor lamp I could find for my home office. Since the product specifications read "190W" I assumed it would be bright. Unfortunately, this floor lamp bulb brightness, to me, looked more like that of a 60W incandescent light bulb.

Not Too Bright

We were looking for a lamp to help light up our living room. This has a dimmer, but on high, it is still much too low. Very little light which makes it almost pointless.

Too dim

I bought this product and with in a week the light quit working. I contacted customer service and I have to return this to the store. I have had a similar product before and loved it. Not sure what happened to this one. The light on it was not as bright as the Light in the past too.

Not a product I could recommend to anyone
