Redefine the art of open-fire cooking with the Prokan 77” Infinity Argentine XL Charcoal and Wood BBQ Grill. Designed for the serious outdoor chef and the high-end residential market, this unit brings the authentic South American Asado experience to the modern backyard. Built with a heavy-duty, full stainless steel chassis, it features a central Brasero (Firebox) that produces a continuous supply of clean embers for a pure wood-fired flavour. The dual-zone configuration allows for unparalleled versatility; independent height-adjustable grates give the chef absolute precision over temperature control for different cuts of meat simultaneously. Combined with a traditional firebrick-lined base for superior heat retention and a signature V-grate system to eliminate flare-ups, this grill is a masterclass in both form and function. It is the ultimate centerpiece for luxury outdoor kitchens and professional catering environments.
