Battery Life

Can last well, but drains quickly when low.

Can be rapid, but sometimes slow or unreliable.

Just a great purchase for my 11 year old son. Very fun to ride and is very safe and stable. Highly recommend.

Hyper Bicycle Doesn't Disappoint

Caddle

I bought this e-scooter in April 2023, and I absolutely love it!!! I've had a blast with it all summer. It can reach up to 25 km/h and it sure feels fun flying down the streets of Halifax, NS at that speed haha. It's very easy to control once you get used to it. Incredible little machine, it's literally faster than the walk/bus route I take to get to work, and I've rode it the whole way from home to work (~10.6 km) a few times with battery left over (takes a little over 30 mins to get there). My only complaints would be the following. First, the instruction booklet is almost completely useless. It's great for learning how to charge it and set it up, but it gives you no instructions on the screen settings and info about the front light. I actually bought this scooter online from Walmart and returned the first model because I thought it didn't work since the front light wasn't coming on. I though it would come on by being in the dark so I tested it in my bathroom and even called the company and the customer service thought the same thing, they didn't even know how their scooter works. Anyways, on my replacement scooter the same thing was happening but I eventually figured out that you have to press and hold the top arrow button for about 5 seconds to turn the light on/off. Also press and hold the other buttons by themselves or simultaneously to see other cool features, like changing the mph to km/h. Also, the speed and battery life hold up great, but as the battery starts to die the scooter really struggles to get up hills, and even with a pretty full battery it can only go about 10 km/h max up a decent hill but I suppose that's understandable. Overall for the price, I would totally recommend this scooter, it's one of the cheapest ones you can buy and it's really reliable and fun! Also for reference I'm a 24 year old woman, about 5'5” and 145-147 lbs. So don't wait another day and buy this thing, you won't regret it!! Haha it's my first one and I'm very pleased with it, it's really nice even for quick trips to grocery stores. :)

Awesome machine full of fun!!!

I'd like to return it. The item came with mud flap broken, acceleration knob gets stuck.

Due to no suspension its very bumpy and uncomfortable.

Very average scooter

Had this scooter for less then a year for my daughter and it now won't turn on, and the break is seized. 
She bought this scooter with her own money she earned with a lemonade stand. 
Can't return as don't have receipt. Very disappointed, as is she!
