AC works flawlessly.  We have been using it daily since purchase.  Screen filter has to be cleaned after u are reminded.  I would definitely purchase again.

Easy to use

I am impressed, they were thinking when they put this little machine together.  In addition to all that was advertised, you can actually turn off the bright LCD/LED display during night time use.  I really like this machine.  It's easy to use, ice cold, and quiet.  Though, I wish it had higher fan speed.

Great air conditioner, gets very cold. It's very easy to assemble %26 place in window. I also like that is not noisy at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great Air Conditioner, love it!!!

Cools well, phone app is convenient.  A bit noisier than I want, but not abnormally loud.  I actually bought it to drown out the grinder my neighbor has in their nearby window that was so loud I couldn't sleep.  I prefer an open window to AC.  My one gripe is that the fan setting does not let in fresh air, its just recirculates room air (unless my unit is defective).  Other units I have had always had a port you could open to let fresh outside air in when running fan.

Conveniently cool/reasonably priced

Works very well and the wifi control is a cool feature. Does not use much energy which is great. Would have given it 5 stars, but it is pretty loud.

Great window unit

Keeps my apartment nice and cool, sometimes cold which is no problem on hot days. So many settings like eco mode and wifi. Unfortunately I can't use wifi control because it only connects to 2g network. Other than that it really is a great ac unit.

Overall good buy

I really love this air conditioner. I live in an older open concept apartment that only has single pane windows that are almost floor to ceiling except one side window that this unit just fits perfectly in. I have it set to eco & auto for 22 degrees and we can feel it drafting down our long hallway. Our longhair cat is much appreciative of this. 

The reason it's not getting 5 stars is the fact the app is not compatible in Canada with Apple. If you have apple protection you would have to choose between that & the app to switch over to change countries (US) to be able to access it. The app is the only way to change the display on the unit from F to C or connect it to the WiFi. 
Android users don't have this issue. 

It's not been hot yet but the few days we've had of high air quality I have found this product helpful.

Works fine as far as functionality. Not really sure about its rating. My den is a  single add on room 16 x 20 ft exactly. That's 320 square feet. That's supposedly the top rating for 8,000 BTU air conditioners. I have it set on 72°F. This one puts out a lot of air. In the summer, it ran basically 24/7. In September, it would shut off during the night. In October it normally runs only in the afternoon. The rest of my house has central ac set on 72. The den just feels a little bit warmer. Not sure if the thermostat is accurate.

arrived packaging intact bent frame cracked Styrofoam ducting with gaps to let air leak outside cheap is as cheap is .blows cool will have to seal it up myself don't want to waste time getting replacement.
