[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how simple it is to put bikes on and take them off.  One of the reasons I bought this rack was to accommodate different styles and shapes of frames and that it does well.  I am disappointed it did not come with a hitch pin so I use one from a draw bar that I already have.  I also am disappointed with how loose it fits in the 2 inch hitch receiver.  This along with the rest of the rack having play in it there is quite a bit of play overall.  It would work much better with a threaded hitch pin.  Also, the tilt option is not much more helpful than just removing it from the receiver as it goes all the way down until the reflected hits the ground - which could break the reflector easily.  Overall, I think its a decent rack for the money.
