Lid can be challenging to open or detach from the product.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to flimsy parts.

This is not my first composter but it is definitely the best so far.  The body is all in one piece as opposed to the earlier ones that came in two pieces that never fit right together.  The lid shuts securely and the bottom door fits to a T.  Delivery was efficient, the box was not heavy to haul and I had it together in a matter of minutes.  There was also a handy little manual explaining the How To for composting.  It is perfect for kitchen waste and is neat and tidy no matter where you put it around the house - totally eco-friendly.

Really, really big! But will work out ok. It seems very durable and I wanted a one piece composter and this was one of the only ones available.

No assembly, large volume, efficient. No excuse not to compost!

Ideal Composter

Have only had for a couple of weeks. Comes assembled with ground anchors. Sturdy with easy access door on the bottom. Would have given 5 stars but havent had it long enough.

The composter is as described and looks good.  Much easier to put together (in fact almost nothing) that our other composter.  However, we shall see about its durability.  However for now, we are very happy

Too early to tell

This looks to be a very sturdy unit. Assembly requires only 1) lining up the base with the bin and "pinning" the base and bin together and into the ground, 2) sliding on the access portal at the bottom of the bin, and 3) placing the lid on top of the bin and twisting it to lock it in place.  I am inclined to say that it is pricey, but other units I compared it to required much more assembly (and probably brute strength!) and were considerably more expensive.

Sturdy and Easy to Assemble

The nails to fix the composter on ground are too, too week. Animals were easily to turn over the composter again and again.
