Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven't watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities   Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

Great TV so far

Samsung Canada

Bought a month ago:  awesome screen brilliance:  easy to set up:  remote is simple to navigate:  price for this quality unit was unbeatable.  I've owned many Samsung products over the years, all reliable:  this TV product fits right into that category.  We love it.

Excellent quality

We're happy with this tv, with the exception of Samsung TVplus, which we find annoying!  We want to watch our tv channels on Rogers, and the streaming apps we like — when we turn the tv on, we want to see our tv, not your Samsung TV Plus!!  Even after disabling it, when we turn on the Samsung tv, it takes a few moments to get to our tv channels —- sooooo annoying!

Samsung TV Plus is a big Negative!

We upgraded an older Samsung TV to this 65” unit.  There are  much more expensive Samsung TVs available but we have been very impressed with both the picture brightness and sharpness of this lower cost TV.  We have watched a number of movies and don't feel a sound bar is necessary.  Upgrading to a larger picture really helps with the eligibility of small text on screen.

Worth upgrading to this TV

very pleased with it and the picture.However because of not being that knowledgeable of  all the  TV can do,when I first bought it, it I was the difference with my old Samsung TV. Because  I only subscribe to one TV service ,it was all the TV apps that first appears on the screen when you open it (netflix,prime...).It took me 4 days until I was able to make my service only appear when I open it.

Good but very complicated

So I just got this TV delivered today and I have set it up for gaming as that is what i tend to do in my free time. One thing i noticed is that this TV does have the BT2020 color space option and ST2084 gamma option (likely due to the HDR that this TV supports). Does this TV not have Dolby Vision? If it does and I just can't seem to find it I would like to Know if it does. My Xbox Series X doesn't seem to think this TV has Dolby Vision at least.

Already love the TV, I just one question.

This purchase was made to replace a faulty TV for my grandma. It is not only a nicer, replacement but the user interface was also simpler and easier for her to comprehend, as she doesn't do well with new tech.
Picture is great and better than a few other brands we have owned in the past, as a result I replaced my old Samsung plasma purchased in 2012 (still working reliably) with a newer smart tv and I now get to enjoy the great picture and user interface.

Excellent picture and UI

Only a couple of weeks ago.
Pros: best picture for the money. 
          user friendly
           integrates fine with most other devices
            decent stand alone sound.
             fairly use friendly set up

Cons:   could be slightly better from off centre viewing angles.
              big bummer when hooking to a non samsung sound bar.  No visible numbers

Happy with purchase.

I've had this TV for about a month now, and overall I'm very happy with it. The picture is sharp, the sound is great, and it's very responsive. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, on rare occasions, the picture quality seems to suddenly drop for a short time. I'm not sure if it's the TV or something else, but aside from that, it's been an excellent TV.

Almost Perfect

I  bought this a few weeks back and got it installed on the wall. Picture quality is great as well as the sound .  A little disappointed that the remount isn't rechargeable or has the built in mic feature. Like my other Samsung flat screen tv's I have.

Great picture and sound

This was a gift for my71st birthday I am very disappointed. One of the legs was not installed correctly and therefore the TV has a slight slant . 
There is also an area at the bottom of the screen that is a lighter shade that is only visible when there is a black screen .
