This is the 2nd time Ive had to return this product due to the wrong garland being sent. It clearly states "To power the lights, simply plug them into the nearest outlet and let the pre strung lights illuminate your home with the warmth and cheer of the holiday season".   After returning the first order because it is battery operated garland only, I still gave a decent review due to the quick refund. I was disappointed I couldn't put up the garland on my new front porch but went ahead and reordered again after Christmas for next year. Surely they wont screw it up twice).  Well. I just received the new garland order and I am so frustrated. This garland also is battery operated. I will be returning to Walmart again for another refund and I will not buy another product from National Tree Company

Fool me twice shame on me.
