I tried Bona on my hardwood floors last week.  It really allowed me to clean them (I think for the first time since they were refinished).  It was gentle but left a great shine without a dulling residue like other cleaners left.

I have used Bona for years !I just opened z a new container of 3.78Lt hardwood floor cleaner, ready to use refill. 
1) I use a bona micro fiber reuseable spray mop and with a microfiber bona floor 
Pad. When my floors were dry there was this oily film when I did my dining room floor  I always change the ad after I wash the bed rm and hallway floors   And my kitchen and family room are the last to be done. I'm 86 and on a fixed income so I can't be purchasing, and cleaning 
floors Willynilly yes I have polyurethane treated wood floors. Ive tossed my pads and washed the dispenser. I will try using an old towel tomorrow. Nyrd

Dissapointed

Been using this for a while now and agree with the other users. This just leaves a residue and dulls the floors. Never looks clean. I'd use the gloss treatment but that got even worse reviews

Poor product!

Doesn't clean and is leaving a dark residue on my floor and my neighbors. Yuk. Has their formulation changed

Stay away from cleaner

Made my hardwood floors extremely slippery. Went over multiple times with my old cleaner in hopes of removing as much of the Bono cleaner as I could before someone got hurt.

Once and Done - not in a good way

Used “cleaner” spray on hardwood floors for some time.  Maybe every two months.  Did not over spray.  Now floors have residue and are sticky, smudgy, dull.

I used the product for a while but recently felt my floors seemed extremely sticky. I tried to mop several times again with the product and it got worse. I had to use water, white vinegar, baking soda, and DAWN to get the film/sticky off. I spend 5 and a half hours cleaning my floors and getting a weird film in the mop bucket. I then had to go back with a towel and mop again with the towel and the towels came out DARK BROWN. I don't think this product has been cleaning my floors at all. Very disappointed in the product.

Doesn't clean and leaves a film.

Been using this product since we moved in to new house. Researched cleaning products because it was new hard floors. After using product a haze out lines your foot print when walking on it! The Bona picture of a person walking on the hard floor is false. It leaves a grey haze of your footprint!!! I can see where I walked!
