General Tso

i loved the taste , and there was lots of sauce which was a bonus. definitely recommend using air fryer or oven and not the microwave

I baked mine in the oven because I wanted the best (to me) first experience. What I can say about this is that it's enough for two people if you put some fried rice or noodles with it which is far from the hardest thing in the world to make. 

The batter is reminiscent of chicken ball batter you get at Chinese take out places. It's not exactly the same but enough to give you an idea. The flavor is very neutral. You can get away with just about any sauce. The one provided is in a pouch that does not come in contact with the chicken. 

This General Tso sauce to me is like a spicier teriyaki to me. Not overly spicy but enough for the average person to eat them. The sauce is a little strong on the ginger is my reason for a 4 star. 

I'd buy it again and love to experiment a bit with the sauces as making chicken like this from scratch is messy and tedious on a regular bases.

This must not be microwaved regardless of the instructions on the package. It turns out chewy and nasty. Also the sauce tasted so weird and chemically I threw it out. Thank goodness I tasted it first. Not good value at any price.
