Fortunately, most wearers of inflatable life jackets never have to inflate them.  I did!
I learned two lessons about inflatables:  it takes  about ten seconds for the inflation to begin.  More importantly, unless the Velcro closures are very loosely matched, inflation will not be symmetrical!  One side of the jacket may not inflate if the Velcro strips are tightly matched!!  And they ARE too tightly matched as the product comes from the factory.

As for the rearming kit itself, it was easy to understand and install.

Everything went smooth. I would not hesitate to re-arm the life jacket again. Everything went as expected.

Great price for an item you need if you have this vest. Hard to find in stores locally, Walmart's ship to store service worked beautifully.

I bought the rearming kit to replace the rearming kit in my life jacket.  I won't know how well it works until I fall into the water.  Hopefully, it's going to work as advertized!
