These aren't your average ramen. They are delicious flat noodles that cook up quickly with a great texture. The sauce packets have a bit of heat and tasted great with my pork and vegetable stir fry that I added to them. Definitely will purchase again!

I love Japanese noodles and these do not disappoint.  Easy to prepare in boiling water under 5 minutes. I like how they come in packages so you can make as little or more than you want. I didnt care for the pack of flavoring that came with it. It was a little too spicy for me. The noodles are firm and chewy.  Great to eat by itself or with other ingredients  like chickec and or vegtables. I will purchase again.

Absolutely delicious

I initially brought these noodles because they didn't contain additives that were harmful.  Aside from high sodium—they came out extremely delicious! I added Goya dumplings and an egg. I also garnished them with chili flakes, black sesame seeds, and green onions. I'd definitely recommend giving these noodles a try.

These wide Hakka noodles are so tasty and easy to cook. They have a great texture and work well with any sauce. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

just hits right, the spice is perfect for me but too much for anyone else, if you need to, butter cuts the spice pretty good but it defeats the point for me

Spicy but not too spicy. Beware the only way to cook these is stovetop for 4 minutes, cannot cook with microwave because the noodles are dried raw noodles.

I only buy this item on sale as I consider it quite pricey for what it is basically thick cut wheat noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar lots of sugar.  It is good for people who love sugar but not for those who are on a low sugar diet.

A Splurge on Ramen

purchased for teenage sons. They really enjoyed the texture and overall flavor. Not surprising, but very high sodium. They usually use 1 packet of flavor for 2 packs of noodles and it is reasonable. They save the extra packets for other noodles.

The noodle were good, chewy, not slimy, not starchy .  The sauce was NOT AT ALL good. I rather have fried chili crisp oil with hoisin sauce.  I would not buy this again just for the good noodles.

I love he texture of the noodles but I hated the sauce and flavor. Tastes like salt water.
