It's a quality cage, I liked most everything about it.  But the packaging is terrible, it's as if it was designed to be destroyed during shipping.  I ordered this twice, delivered twice, put together twice.  Both of the cages, the pan at the bottom was bent and ugly, forget about the seed catchers on the sides, those arrive useless.  Even if you're content with those bent pieces, one of the sides on one was fully bent and I couldn't finish assembling, then on the next one, one of the panels at the top that folds up to open the top, was bent and wouldn't close.  Good product, terrible packaging.
