If I could rate them 0 stars I would! When I received this product for my son it didn't work. I contacted them and they said I had to make a video demonstrating how it didn't work, so I did. They apologized and told me I'd receive a refund if I didn't leave a negative review. I didn't leave a review, I waited 2 weeks, and still no refund. I messaged them, waited a week, no response. I messaged them again giving them one more chance to refund my money, waited a week, and here I am leaving a negative response that I will remove if they refund my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMING HOME INC!!

I bought the charger for my son about a month ago, waited almost 2 weeks to get it only for it to work for maybe 3-4 weeks and now it stopped working.  I should have known not to order a cheap one. This time I plan on buying from the Nintendo shop online. It might be a little more money but at least I know it's from a real Nintendo place. I don't recommend this to anyone
