[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This switch is extremely unreliable. Some days it works fine, other days it has to be completely disconnected and then reconnected in order to even work. Switching between computers is sometimes seamless, and sometimes does not work at all. About once every three days, it fails to recognize the keyboard and mouse meaning everything has to be disconnected and reconnected again. I am currently looking for other options, but will continue to suffer with this switch until I can find something reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] System is buggy, unpredictable. Manual was a slip of paper with print so small I had to use a magnifying glass to read it and my eyesight is normal. Website just for marketing. Support was a FAQ on the website with three questions and answers - all concerned inability to make keyboard functions work. No phone to call for support. Wasted hours trying to get it to function as advertised. 
    Problems transferring mouse and keyboard control between systems. Video transfer often worked except for the Windows blue stop screens, Linux freezes and reboots of systems and KVM. Audio, additional USB port untested. Looks reasonably well constructed with good connectors and cables. Pretty easy to set up if you have the right connectors or adapters. I used new cables for those not supplied.

Tested with two Dell Precision T3500 workstations with reliable nVidia graphics cards using Windows 10, Kubuntu and Linux Mint. Nothing exotic. Wired USB mouse and keyboard. I have a twenty year old hardware KVM that works reliably, but with fewer functions. But those basic functions work every time. Return to Walmart effortless. Returned.
