The support for an injured wrist was stunning.  I had messed up tendons.  When pain would start (I would take the brace off to actually 'do' things), I would put the brace on and the pain would stop immediately- I assume its because 1.) My wrist was immoblized in the neutral position and 2.) that external immobilization allowed my body to relax the muscles and tendons which would have really made a diff based on the injury.   These are really good braces and are not bulky.  

Also - they fit petite women (100lbs 5'2")!!!   This brace really helped in letting that injury heal.  But be careful if using for an injury.  If you use it too long, it can lead to significant stiffiness. You want to be working with a doc and physical therapist to get the best outcome.   But this brace is a perfect compliment to that care.

If you are dealing with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, or any other wrist/hand issue that requires a splint, this is the one you want. It stabilizes the wrist in a straight line, unlike some other splint cuffs which ae designed to bend your ingers slightly downward.

I've been using this for more than two months, and although it is not a miracle cure, I found it effective in diminishing the Carpal Tunnel effect when used in combination with hand exercises. 

Quality is very high, with secure velcro that can be adjusted according to comfort. And it is a good value as well.

A good value, and a valuable tool

I have bilateral carpel tunnel like many people do and tend to sleep T-rex style . I recently am having painful swelling from tendonitis  on my inner wrist going up to thumb. I have two black braces I ordered from another site that have metal stabilizers and great support. The problem is that they are made of polyurethane type of material and they get hot !  I am a hot sleeper so these will stripped off within five minutes of trying to sleep. I decided  to give this brace a try and it is a game changer for me. It offers the perfect amount of support , isn't itchy , and is amazingly cool material ! On my first night I slept the the best I have in many years thanks to this brace. I am going to pick up the right hand  one now so I can wear them to bed like I am supposed to be doing per Doctor orders.

Comfortable and cool

I'm a bit over two weeks past an ORIF surgery (getting plates and screws) for a broken distal radius in my left wrist. I was given one brace at the post-op a few days ago, but no backup for when it needs to be cleaned. I felt nervous about my wrist having no support while the brace is washed and air-dried, so I bought this as a backup. It's comfortable and supportive, fits my small-ish wrist, and was a good deal. Can't really ask for more than that.

The firmness level is amazing. Very supportive. It's soft, %26 fits my 6.5 inch circumference wrrist well. It has a built-in metal splint on the palm side.

Just What I Needed!

Have purchased one like this before and had no reservations in getting an additional one.
Highly recommend.  It's been a long time since I used the previous one (other hand) but I believe it was easy to wash.

Very good fit and quality

I am very satisfied with the brace. I am not in constant pain every day, but when I do have pain for 3-4 days this brace really supports my wrist and helps me deal with the pain.

Excellent stabilizer for wrist or hand injury or condition.
i was having hand pain, especially when I laud down. This wrist stabilizer stopped the pain from movement of my hand.

I've used ACE wrist stabilizers for years. I'm a quadriplegic, and we modify them a little so I can use them for wrist support while typing. They hold up great with daily use and give me the support I need.

Great Daily Wrist Support

It's OK. Not comfortable put does give support once you get the brace bar lined up properly.  Not as cushioned for comfort as a previous braces.  Material is stiff so slightly abrasive if sensitive.

It doesn't adjust as small as it needs to go comfortably and I'm not a terribly small person (I'm about 5'4” 120 lbs). It's painful to wea and unfortunately this isn't my first time in a wrist brace so I know it's not supposed to feel like this. I would recommend smaller folks to get something else. Another case of “one size fits all” catering to fat people.
