Came in 2 boxes no damages at all. Assembly does require 2 people which took 3 hours but not hard to assemble. Overall I love it. Yesterday was windy and it didn't move at all. The only cons are directions could be a little clearer and if installing into concrete you will need to purchase the hinges as they are not included but are very cheap at Home Depot. I would definitely recommend this gazebo and can't wait to add my lighting and decor and turn my patio into my own oasis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice, is sturdy. It has been through some high winds and storms and not damaged. Roof took 7 plus inches of snow the first full day after being setup and had no issues,  would recommend  :)

Gazebo was well built and not that hard to do but I would recommend a helper because you can easily damage it while putting the main top frame and legs on and on position especially the back two legs which have no additional support after you bolt them to the top frame like the three front ones do I made extra support for mine so there could be no side to side movement this was my only complaint about the design

Took one guy and a helper (me) but he did actually did it.  We laid out all the letter-labelled hardware pieces, bags of screws/bolts/ends, etc.  Then, followed the instruction booklet.  Everything fit together perfectly.  
It's solid, looks good and came out just like the product pics.  
Took just under 4 hours.  
Highly recommend.  The roof for this size (8'x8') has 8 solid plastic sections and they slid into the frame grooves perfectly.   It works well on the side of the house where it is more wind-protected.   It provides shade and rain protection to go out into the yard.

Easy to Assemble, All parts Fit Perfectly

Very solid product,received the goods very quickly.The materials are heavy-duty and feel very sturdy definitely built to last .The sloped roof is great despite features for rain run off.

Good quality

This was a great buy for the price, we set it in a weekend with the help of my mom. Took eventually all 7 of us (our 4 kids included) to set it up in the final stages. Only thing I wish we could do is find a mesh mosquito netting for it.

I really wanted to like this! We bought this for our back patio because we have a hot tub out there. We followed the directions for each step and it wasn't complicated to put together but some of the pieces don't fit together quite right. The brackets that go on the ends to stabilize it do not fit correctly. Poor design. We have had several leaks in the roof as well. It's a shame that it wasn't designed better because it does look nice up.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing.  I consider myself a relatively handy person, and the assembly was tough, took me about a weekend to assemble.  I had to get help from another person to get the roof slats to fit in, finally came up with a good algorithm to get it done, but once completed I was severely disappointed.  The thing wobbles like crazy, the metal is so flimsy that I'm scared to sit under the thing with any kind of wind about, let alone the winter coming with any trace of snow.  It can't even support its own weight, it is currently drooping in the middle while looking at it from the tall side.  I contacted seller, and still haven't heard back.  I'm afraid that I'm just going to have to eat the cost on this thing, or try and reinforce it with some exterior treated wood and put a reinforcing post up the tall side in the middle to get rid of the droop or try and mount it to my house somehow.  
I would never recommend this item to a friend, enemy, or stranger, as I don't believe there are any use cases for this particular item out of the box.

Don't buy, no use cases for this item

Missing 9 pieces of the c channels. Part of the front rail were supposed to slide into each other but they were the same size and one was not going to slide into the other. Really had to make adjustments for that but still not sure how we are going to put together the front rails without the c channel.

Not worth it!

This product is terrible! The brackets dont align for the way that the thing is built, making the front two stands crooked and wobbly. The top is CARDBOARD COVERED IN PLASTIC! I'm requesting a refund and still waiting for the company to ger back to me. Save your time and look for something better.
