Item did not come as pictured or advertised. My problem with the pad is it came with a whole in the middle and large warning labels on both sides. I intended to use without a cover. The material is easy to wipe. No safety straps came with pad as the description advertised. Does fit exactly into the changing table. I don't mind the thinness of the pad.

The crib is great but I received the changing table safety strap broken. Unable to replace just the strap and can't find changing table that comes with the strap to replace the broken one. I tried calling the manufacturer but no answer, this is frustrating, I didn't want to take the whole crib down and return just for the strap, but it's very important for the baby's safety.  I don't know what step to take now so I'm not very happy with the manufacture.

It is not the same as the picture. Comes without the strap and a hole in the center. Very thin as well. Very disappointed.
