Awesome product. Easy to install if your scooter has a rack. I didn't have to drill any holes I just used the hardware that was provided. I'm able to fit my helmet in it when I'm not riding. I can store quite a few grocery items when I go shopping. And the price was amazing compared to what a local scooter sales company wanted, they wanted $150 for something very similar.

Say what you want about cheap Chinese plastic blah blah... this thing is awesome.  I've been using it for 3 years now, first on a KLR650 and now on a CB500X.  It packs everything I need it to, its water tight, locks, comes off like a briefcase, and has held up for thousands of miles, dirt trails, interstate trips, and even Hurricane Michael.

Best Accessory Purchase Ever

Fantastic value for the money. I mounted this on the back of my dual sport motorcycle as an inexpensive alternative to some of the pricier top cases. It's solid and water proof and works really well. Only problems were in the initial install. The universal mounting plate isn't so universal, so I ended up drilling 3 holes in it to fit my bike. Then the box wouldn't stay latched onto the plate because there was still plastic overflow from the molding process. I cut this out with an exacto knife and now it works great. 

So, if you don't mind tinkering with the installation a bit this is a great alternative to top cases that cost 3 or 4 times as much.

Great value!

Very solid, top box.  Nice design.  Had to work to free the latching mechanism as it wouldn't actually latch till I cut away material blocking the latch.

Excellent design, slightly weak quality control

I have used a larger KG brand trunk for  over 30 years.  It was great for touring along with saddle bags.  It has deteriorated lately and I bought this smaller one which is great for commuting or a small amount of groceries.  The price is very good, would like led lights rather than reflector.  I  had led's  on the KG so I will transfer them to the mount base of this trunk so they will be there if the trunk is on or off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box has a nice mounting plate and will adapt to many luggage racks.  Light weight, clean looks.  The big weak point is the latch mechanism.  Unless the box is locked with a key, I would never trust the latch to keep the top closed - very flimsy and insecure.  Too Bad because with a decent latch, this would be a five star.

Nice top box with a very poor latch.

For the price it is a good product with plenty of space; however, the screw that keeps the locking latch in place fell out and I had to replace it which is a pain to do.
