Good:
I like that it was inexpensive and looks nice and sleek.

Bad:
It was purchased because my wife was having trouble with manual openers.   She tried the new opener and has had trouble with it turning the bottle and not completely removing the cork.  I assumed that it was just because of strength issues.  I was wrong.   A decent manual opener takes up less space and is easier to use than this model.
