I like it better than my Yeti travel mug, I like that you just push a button for the coffee to come out, the lid is easy to remove, and it's easy to clean. I also love that it's leak proof, don't have to worry about spilling my coffee.

PERFECT travel mug

In the morning, when I make my teas for the day, I use these for my afternoon tea at work because even when I leave the lid off for 20-30 minutes in the morning, it's still piping hot in the afternoon when I drink it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tumbler is amazing for my basic day to day life, and that's coming from someone who has a lot of water bottles. I really like the color, the locking function, and the overall feel of the bottle. I especially like that the seal is so durable, I can shake my electrolyte powders in, instead of needing a separate bottle. 
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the temperature control, most of my water bottles can hold a stable temp for my ice but this one failed to hold them for long. 
Overall, love this tumbler and it is officially my travel cup now !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the spill-proof nature of this mug. I can throw it into my purse without worry. The hot water lasts for about 6 hours which is good. The downside is that when I first got this, there was a weird mold smell. I eventually got it out after 3 soaks I vinerger.

No more spills

I love the Westloop 2.0 lid. The Contigo 20 oz mug will keep your hot things hot all day if you want. I've even used them for my soup. But the new 3.0 lid is a struggle for me. The new lid always leaks for the first button push. Seems to be find after that, but it spurts out the first time I push the button. The new lid design also has a valley where your lips go. It does not work for me. I like the old design much better!

Bring back the old lid!

Negative:
cleaning a lid inside: cumbersome, have to use a brush to clean residue
leaks: the rubber seal is not effective - after thorough wash of a lid and rubber seal inside.
seal feature is not superior to older design
