One of the best purchases I have made.  Super easy to set up.  The bubbles were quite impressive- way more than I anticipated. I will most likely purchase more for friends and family.  10/10 stars

the covers snap locks have all came off from rotted material they use on cover with in 8 months or less.   spa is awesome but cover sucks

Less than a year old, heater goes out. Im now dealing with warranty  have to fill out forms , summit photos and then wait for a new one which Ill have to install.

Spa no good

Our hot tub arrived with a hole in it somewhere.  I tiny hole because it was great the first day, then deflated about 1/4 the next day.  I thought it was just because the fabric was new so I aired it up again for the 2nd night.  Same result and there is a little water pool under one of the corners so now I know it is a little hole.  Will be returning and need a strong model I guess.
I also noticed the bottom has wrinkles and we had a hard time getting it to stay flat.  The air holes inside the tub blow COLD air into the tub which is uncomfortable when you want to sit in a HOT tub.

This is not a 4 person hot tub. 2 can sit comfortably which is all we would have in ours anyway. I followed the suggestions of putting warm water in it from the sink and it heated the tub nicely, but since then it will not heat. Just 2 weeks old.

Not happy!

Worked great for the first couple weeks. Had to fill it with hot water from the water heater 3x though it definitely won't heat cold water up to expected hot tub temps. Very upset it won't even keep the temps stable. Last night it was at 93 this morning it's at 80. Keeping the cover on too.For the price I expected better.

Upset with purchase.

This is my second ALeko  hot tub . Their hot tubs  life expectancy is really 6 months. I love the fact that their HT have the build in pumps in them, but they simply do not last. The heater will quit on you in no time . 
So stay away. 
Forget about their warranties…They are sucks .

Leaking and plastic parts decomposing. Both filter adapters fell apart. Looks like PVC but I would say not very good PVC.
