I've now bought 2 of these. The first one I put together by myself (smaller female) in less than 30 minutes. The instructions are just pictures with labels saying what screw packet you need. Just be observant of what piece is pictured and you can put it together easily. It turned out all my eggs that hatched are roosters. So I ordered a second one for another coop to apply the roosters up some. This second one, like the first, came a week earlier than projected. The reason for  only 4 starts is upon opening the box I immediately noticed 1 of the 2 perches was broken in two. I don't want to return the whole thing for 1 broken perch, especially since it's already painted and assembled in the coop.
I left the floor boards out of the main area so that when the chickens poop it'll fall to the ground and not build up.
I would only recommend this hen house for 4 regular chickens max or 8-10 bantams.

Easy to assemble and move around

Poor quality of wood that was split in a few places upon receiving the box. Very poor instructions (which are quite almost nonexistent), only a few pictures. No written, detailed instructions. Parts were not labeled. Hardware was clearly labeled though. Managed to get it put together. It seems very lightweight and not sure it will stand up to strong winds. Chickens are a few weeks old and in a brooder, so I haven't been able to actually put it to use yet. Not sure yet if I'd recommend this.
