Shipped quickly and fit well. Had to reuse the old plastic retaining cores as the new one was too small. Works great and a cost effective way to revive and older awning.

Looks new again!

Size was said to be 10 X 12, was actually 11 foot  1/2 inch. Wide. Could see 2 inches short for seams , But  11.5  short , Thats too much  loss.
