Received the replacement fabric a week ago but was unable to set it up because of recent weather swing and windy days until today. The awning fabric is in exact dimension and easy to replace not to mention the water repelling property is excellent.

A good ALEKO Retractable Awning 13x10 replacement

Watch it, the cord for valance installation is much thinner than the cords used to insytall the awnig itslf.

When we placed the shade on we realized it was broken on one of the sides this is the second one we got the first one was another damage. Pictures are shown.
