The frame is powder coated steel and aluminum in white. Open or close the awning quickly using the hand crank. No electricity is needed. Actual frame dimensions are 9.8 x 8 feet (3 x 2.4 m). Actual fabric size is 9.4 x 8 feet (2.9 x 2.4 m). The product weighs 37 pounds (16.8 kg) for the frame and 5.4 pounds (2.45 kg) for the fabric. Installation hardware and manuals are included. Standard vertical wall brackets are provided. Ceiling brackets can be purchased separately. The awning includes a one-year warranty. Use for patios, decks, balconies, or outdoor living areas.</p>

This is the worst product that I have ever purchased through Walmart. The instructions on how to install it are missing much needed information. I have had the product approaching one month and although it is installed it does not work. The arms will not open together and the fabric sometimes shoots off the front bar. After 6 hours research I found further instructions online that state the positioning required for the brackets. Now the awning must come down and be reinstalled. I don't think that is going to fix all the problems. Also the tube roller for the fabric is weak and can be seen bending in as the awning is rolled up.
