I bought this item not knowing the height dimensions required for installation. It was too high for my space, I wanted to return it but impossible to the store because it is a THIRD SELLER and Walmart does not want to take it back. The manufacturer offers to take it back but I have to pay for the transport and it would cost me 205$CDN to do it. Ridiculous. Especially since this item is sold as new when it is used equipment. One rail is worked, another is portrayed. The awning has two dirt stains that do not leave... Very disappointing purchase. Completed for me purchases at WALMART.CA

Total disappointment.
