This is the 2nd time Ive bought this item. I have my awning extended almost all year long. It has never torn but does fade. It was when I bought my 1st replacement of the original fabric that we tried turning it around/over to get a second season out of it. Worked wonderfully!

This is a great awning!  Great material and the size was perfect.  It was a tiny bit hard to put it on but once you got through pulling it into its slot, it was fine. (The seams were hard to squeeze in)  This was definitely a 3 person job, not a two….. and have two ladders handy! Lol. I've recommended it to others who need a new awning; without reservation!

I bought 2 replacement fabric for our awnings!  Magnifique!!! Colour, quality and ease of installation!  Saved hundreds of dollars as compared to replacing the whole unit!  Love it and would most certainly recommend to everyone!  Shipped to Canada with no issues, no duties and the price is more then fair!
