This gluten-free mac n' cheese is a winner in our house! My three teenagers, including one with celiac, all absolutely love it. We've been loyal Annie's customers for years, and my son has never had any issues, nor have I with the product itself. Amazing flavor and texture.  Very cheesy and creamy.  The less you disturb the pasta as it cooks, the less mushy it becomes.  Cooks quickly, right at 8 minutes!  This pasta is so creamy, you don't really have to add milk!  Just 2 tablespoons of butter and a bit of the hot liquid you cooked the pasta in.  I like no other Annie's cheesy pasta like this one!  It's my husband's favorite too.  Goes with everything!

My son loves these! but I paid 11 for something that says 4 pk and it came and it was 3 inside 🤷‍♀️ maybe the one one is for tax ?

I prefer the tiny shells and white cheddar and Annie's is excellent, but this needed precise cooking or it would go from uncooked to tasteless mush in 30 seconds. Not enough cheese so it's not tasty like other Annie's products. Disappointing. Probably won't buy again.

These do have a long shelf life, but expect to get boxes delivered to you that have already been on a shelf for 6 months to a year previously. So don't go buying too many at a time otherwise the 'Best Flavor by' or 'Best If Used By' date will be sure to creep up on you very fast and then pass you up.

This is the first time I tried their rice pasta. Unfortunately I bought too many boxes. It was very starchy and slimy. The texture in your mouth was not at all appealing. I am not looking forward to finishing the rest of the boxes by myself as no one else in my family wants to eat them again.

Annie's Gluten Free Mac & Cheese used to be a favorite for our family because it was not only free from gluten but it was free from corn as well.  We're crushed to see that corn is now present in the new ingredient listing. So sad that we can no longer count on Annie's for a quick meal option!
