I am so happy fo have clean drinking water.  Water is all I drink and I feel relief that my water is the best.  They system was easy to install with great directions.

This is superior to a previous system we had from a previous manufacturer. Very good water flow. Recently moved into a new condo and the unit takes relatively little space under the sink.  Water quality is excellent

Easy Install

I recently decided to downsize my living situation and sold my full-size unit with the house. I bought this because the smaller footprint is much more conducive to a smaller cabinet and limited storage space. I have to say, the water that comes from this unit is just as amazing as the water from the full-sized unit. Tastes like the most delicious premium bottled water (i.e. absolutely nothing), super hydrating, and many levels of magnitude better than anything else I have put in my body from a tap.

I have been using systems from this company for probably 7+ years now and have never been disappointed by the quality of the products (customer service is great too). I will continue to be a customer for life! I always recommend APEC to anyone that asks about in-home water filtration.

Never going back!

Purchased the QUICK90 RO System 6 weeks ago. I dealt with Daniel for my purchase as well as with some post installation questions I had. The installation was very easy...the customer support was extraordinary...HIGHLY recommend APEC!!

Perfect System for my needs

Works well. . . have had for 5 years with 3 full filter replacements.
However. . . . . . . I went to repair some unrelated sink hardware above where the quick90 was installed. I had to slightly moove the unit (with hoses attached) slightly to the side. When I did so, several of the filters began to leak profusely where the hoses are pushed in. The hoses were installed correctly and had the correct small plastic clip installed that keeps the hose from falling out. This leaking never occured before - ever. I cut off the hose ends, and reinserted. . . . same thing. I was not happy to find that this slight movement would cause such a mess. It's not clear what the cause is: Did the hoses become brittle with age? Were the insert points on the filters defective? Anyway, it appears they were slightly leaking, as the entire bottom of the tank rusted badly. This also was unexpected. 
All in all, the unit works great, and you may even replace the filters a couple of times, but beyond that, it just falls apart.

This unit provides delicious tasting water, but the RO process wastes a lot of water.  We installed the unit but left the drain tube unattached to the waste water pipe to measure the waste output. Even with our excellent water pressure, we measured more than a 1:6 ratio (Apec says 1:3 is typical), meaning for every 1 cup of filtered water, there was more than 6 cups of waste. As a homeowner who pays both a water and sewer bill, I fear those bills will skyrocket.

Delicious water, but too much waste

I have a permeate pump system at my other house and I love it. When I decided to install a system at my new home, I immediately went to APEC, but this time around both the product and service have been fair at best. The Quick-90 came with a leaky joint. I simply removed and cut the tubing and re-inserted and the leak was taken care of. About 2 months into service however, the unit stopped completely. Troubleshooting revealed a clogged pre-filter and the tech is apparently sending a new one. My issue is that I don't care to be replacing filters every 2 months. My system is connected to municipal water.
Tech support is hard to reach and mostly done via email which has long delays. Reaching someone outside of the support team is next to impossible. I have asked repeatedly is I can exchange the system for one of the units having 3 larger pre-filters and have had no reply to that question. Overall, I have a 2 month old system and I'm using a countertop filter pitcher and feel I have no long term resolution or good communication from APEC.

Not impressed with the Quick-90
