They were soft out of the box and molded to my feet pretty well after 3 or 4 days. I can't comment on longevity as I haven't had them long.  Size 14 medium

M4 Rebar Bootcut Pants

Great pants but I'm a very consistent 34 inseam, and a 30 inseam in these would fit normal. Waist fits correctly, quality is great, length is just way off.
