I like the product, but I have immediately encountered what appears to be a software problem: the keyboard becomes disabled after the device is configured as a tablet and then returned to the laptop position. This appears to be a known Chromebook issue based on what I discovered from 3rd party information on the web. It is very frustrating to have to deal with this well established issue on a new product right out of the box.
