The photos make a conspicuous effort to hide the inner side of the shoe, which mirrors the pattern on the outward facing side except the ASICS logo is a printed sticker on flat material instead of a separately stitched material. So the shoe looks incredibly cheap in person. Despite reviews claiming otherwise, shoe has zero water resistance; top of socks soaked from rain after stepping out to the car. Pay extra and get something else.
Two stars instead of one because comfort is acceptably good, but this is a throwaway shoe suited more for indoor gyms or summer droughts. But would never have bought this if tested in a brick-and-mortar store.
