Hands down my favorite GPU so far and I own a white rog strix 4090 & the black rogstrix 4090 but this 5080 ASTRAL build quality is next level I love it I hope they come out with a white version as well and for PERFORMSNCE it pushes my 4090's and in some cases it's faster doing Content it's a great gpu

The ASUS ASTRAL 5080 is hand down the second most beautiful GPU I've ever seen. The first being the 40 series STRIX. But in my opinion nothing beats this GPU in style. Also it's really hard to beat when it comes to performance as well. Trust me this is the 5080 you want to have in your rig.

This GPU is enormous! I watched quite a few reviews before and after purchasing it, but nothing could have prepared me for its massive size. When I opened the box, I was genuinely shocked—in a good way. It was an incredible unboxing experience because not many products manage to wow you straight out of the box.

The attention to detail put into this product is phenomenal, and the overall aesthetics are nothing short of premium. Installation was easy for me, and installing the drivers through Armoury Crate allowed me to use Aura Sync to customize the lighting.

I've seen many reviewers complain about the GPU being loud, but that has not been my experience at all. It's relatively quiet, even during benchmarks, and the fans stay off most of the time.

All in all, it's expensive, but I do not regret my purchase. This is a masterpiece of a GPU, and if you have the money for it, you likely won't regret buying it.

Masterpiece

The Astral 5080 is a great card with very good overclocking headroom. I pushed it pretty well and it's staying stable playing the division 2, Diablo 4, and PRAGMATA so far. It's built great and I know so people have said the 4th fan is loud but honestly out of the box I couldn't hear it at all. Now after pushing the overclock further yeah you will hear it a bit but it's not bad. Overall I love the card.

Amazing card with great potential.

This card is built like a tank, and the speed and stability are amazing.  I traded up from a EVGA GTX 3070 Ti which would overheat and become unstable when trying to run Battlefield 2042 in 4K.  With the new ROG Astral 5080 OC my temps are good (around 45-48 C) while running Battlefield settings maxed out on 4K.  I haven't upgraded in about 2 years - this was worth the investment.

I went with the 5080 over the 5090 due to price limitations but am happy to report that the 5080 packs a huge punch. More than I could have dreamed of!

Very happy!

This beast of a card can run any game butter smooth.
The frame gen x4 really helps multiply my fps gain. As for the card itself,  it is the sleekest design from the 50 series. Massive vapor chamber, awesome design overall!

The Kaio-ken of fps

Not used it much. I have bought mostly ASUS products for around the past 25 years. I can say that the Hero series 8 and 10 motherboards were good on ROG boards and the new one I bought was Dark Hero. Have not put it to the test on many programs or used the thunderbolt. I am sure they will be great. As for the 5080 card I have only played Indie Jones and Great Circle, smooth. It is faster than all other ASUS cards I have bought. There is one annoying factor. The fourth fan is just too dam# loud to have on my desk. Great work ASUS, ROG needs to address the fan, perhaps put a control on it. ROG is top notch.

The card itself is great. Performance was everything I wanted and more. A bit of a nitpick, but I only wish that for such a premium product, the 12v2x6 adapter should feel and look more premium
