Chantae

The monitors quality is amazing, but the power cable is faulty. When moved in a certain but not unreasonable way, the power cable does not transmit power to the monitor. When I lower the monitor below half way, it shuts off. Again, the monitor it's self is great, no problems, but I expected everything included to be quality as well.
